Do you stock all materials?

Unless shown as out-of-stock, we have it in the warehouse.

What if I don't see the sizes I want?

Let us know what you're looking for and we'll see if we can accommodate the sizes you want. Just send email to info@makerstock.com.

Do you sell full sheets of material?

Yes, we provide local pick up for full sheets of all of our materials. We're also happy to provide LTL shipping quotes for full sheets. Please email us info@makerstock.com and we can provide full sheet pricing and a shipping quote.

Do you carry Purple Tasmanian Millet Board?

Not yet, but let us know what you're looking for (info@makerstock.com) and we'll try to find it and hopefully add it as a regular item in the store.

What if I have questions about your products?

ORDERS, DELIVERY & RETURNS

When will I get my order?

Our goal is to ship by the second business day after the order, and delivery is generally 2-3 business days depending on where you are located. All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania or Salt Lake City via FedEx Ground or USPS. Please note, during checkout, the shipping methods display estimated delivery times once an order is fulfilled. Custom cut orders may require another day or two for fulfillment. MakerStock ships orders Monday- Friday. Orders placed on Friday will generally not go out until after the weekend.

Express shipping options are available during checkout. Any Express order placed after 12 pm ET will typically be processed the following day. 

What is the refund policy on your products?

Your satisfaction is really important to us. We work diligently with our customers to assure the highest quality of service and the utmost in customer satisfaction. All items from MakerStock, except for custom-cut products, may be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received. Final Sale items are not returnable or refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a shipping or manufacturing issue, or have any other concerns with your order, please contact customer service within 7 days for assistance. To expedite the resolution process, please include photos of the product and shipping carton.

Please note, with acrylic materials, the paper or film masking must still be intact in order to return. 

SHIPPING

How are shipping rates calculated?

We offer flat rate shipping at $12 per box for Standard Ground, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds per box.

What if my package exceeds 50 pounds?

Orders over 50 lbs (including carton weight) are split into multiple boxes, with a $12 charge per additional box. Examples:

  • 75 lbs = $24 (2 boxes: 50 lbs + 25 lbs).

  • 120 lbs = $36 (3 boxes: 50 lbs + 50 lbs + 20 lbs).

Are there any exclusions to this policy?

Yes, this policy does not apply to full sheets, Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, oversize items, or shipments outside the continental US. Contact us directly for pricing on full sheets, LTL, and oversize items.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations are excluded but standard shipping options are available at checkout.

How do I know my order’s total weight?

Total weight, including shipping materials, is shown in your shopping cart for clear cost calculation.

Some item weights, such as CNC Foam, are calculated by dimensional weight. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@makerstock.com.

Are Express shipping options available?

Yes, Express shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout.

Can you ship directly to my school's lab?

Yes. As long as they can accept deliveries, we can ship directly to your school or lab. Just enter the correct lab address as your "ship-to" address.

Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?

Yes. With few exceptions, as long as all the items were added to the same order, they will ship together. The exception is that occasionally an item will be out of stock in one warehouse and not another. In those cases, we split the order into two shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! The shipping price will depend on the country being shipped to as well as the weight of your order.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Amazon Pay. 

OTHER

Do you sell to individuals or just to Maker Labs?

We'll sell you a single piece of anything on the site. If you can "add it to cart" you can buy it. If you're going to buy a lot of something as a business or institution (say at least a few hundred dollars order size), please set up a wholesale account so we can better serve you.
