Ever wish that you could easily order a custom size acrylic sheet or plywood panel? At MakerStock, we offer no minimum custom cuts. It’s as simple as sending an email to sales@makerstock.com or filling out our online quote request form.
And now, it is easier than ever with our custom cut calculators. With our custom cut calculators, you select your material, enter your length and widths and receive a quote within seconds. Not only will you receive a quote, but you have the option to add to your cart and complete checkout.
Online ordering for custom cuts is now available here for clear, frosted, transparent and opaque acrylic, as well as Baltic Birch Plywood.
Please note, if you need a large size panel contact support for a complete quote that includes freight shipping. Oversized panels do have a shipping surcharge that is calculated based on weight, dimensions and shipping zip code.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you ship any size custom cut?
We can quote any size, but please note, there are size restrictions based on shipping service. Depending on panel dimensions, an additional oversize or handling fee may apply. As such, oversize panel requests should be sent to sales@makerstock.com for a complete quote, including freight charges.
What is the maximum size you can ship?
Our maximum size shipping sizes, without additional shipping charges, are 24” x 48” and 30” x 30.”
Can you ship LTL?
Absolutely. Please let us know if you have any delivery requirements, such as a lift gate, and we can provide you with a quote.
Why can’t I order a 60” x 18” panel online?
A 60” panel would be considered oversize and in order to provide you with a quote, we need shipping details.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Not at all! We’re here to help whether it’s one piece or one hundred!
Is there a weight limit on shipping?
Yes, our maximum weight per package is 50 lbs. Where possible, we combine panels in one package, provided it does not exceed 50lbs.
Do you ship USPS or UPS?
Definitely. Alternate shipping services are available upon request!
